Office location: Ayr, ON.

DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, assisting with office logistics, and providing support to our team members.
Responsibilities: - Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. - Coordinating appointments - Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems - Provide administrative support to team members, including drafting documents, preparing reports - Assist with onboarding new employees - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements: - Highly organized - Experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organization skills and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
