现在有guelph university 附近的一个townhouse中的主人房要出租， 其他三间已经出租给了guelph大学的女生，两个中国女生，一个高年级外国本科生住在楼下，都是喜欢学习，爱干净的同学。离guelph大学坐公车5分钟，走路20分钟。在mall后面，到metro和其他的附近plaza （stone road mall）只需5分钟，位置很好，周围环境单纯，基本都是学生。

还剩最后一间主人房从2016年9月23号起可以入住。新房，以前房东自住的房间，房租585一个月。 网络，水电煤气和其他三个女生均摊。租房合同有7个月， 到2017年4月底。房屋是新整理过的，很干净，主人房是套间，有自己独立的洗浴卫生间和独立的walk-in的超大衣橱和储藏室，提供全套家具。另有洗衣机烘干机，免费提供。

希望找爱干净，生活习惯好，喜欢安静的中国同学来住。不能养宠物，不抽烟。女生优先。周末可以看房，平时需要提前联系一下哦！
