We are looking for a competitive Client Services Representative to help customers identify and purchase services they desire. CSR duties include consulting, selling and doing after service. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers in a professional manner
Pick up income phone call and provide consulting to customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Accurately describe financial product features and benefits
To determine specific scheduling requirements.
Build up and retain a long relationship with the client
Processing the paperwork for opening and closing account in CRM system
Requirement
Proven working experience in the financial industry
People-oriented and results-driven
Strong time-management skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Basic administration skills
Able to develop and expand the relevant network
