SENIOR & INTERMEDIATE CAD DESIGNERS





-  Check and authorize drawings and design calculations

-  Produce assembly and detail drawings

-  Prepare layout and arrangement drawings of ducting systems

-    Prepare design calculations as assigned by the Project Engineer

-    Creating and maintaining project schedules

-    Interviewing and selection of CAD Designers

-    Supervision and coaching of CAD Designers to ensure deadlines are met

-  Responsible for implementation of ISO 9001 procedures

-    Produce, review and ensure standard design and drawing procedures are developed and

adhered to

-    Prepare module and piping layouts

-    Ensure manufacturing procedures and tolerances are met



Minimum of five (3) years in a CAD Design position

Minimum of five (3) years in pressure vessel/ heat exchanger field

Minimum of five (3) years AutoCAD Inventor experience

Knowledge of material requirements and welding procedures






SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEERS



-    Technical contact with customer

-    Monitor project and ensure the meeting of customer requirements and internal budgets

-    Takes lead on vendor related issues including generating specifications and evaluating bids to ensure the equipment is properly integrated into the project

-    Completion of all calculations required to substantiate design:

-          Pressure and structural designs as per relevant codes

-          Thermodynamic calculations

-          Provide design information to the CADDS group for drawing preparation

-          Review and approve internal drawings

-          Interface with deign and manufacturing personnel

-          Support project team on any technical issues

-          Develop and monitor the  overall engineering schedule and maintain completion dates for engineering activities

-          Professional Engineer in good standing

-          Minimum of five (5) years in an Engineering position
